Policies and Facts

  1. Custom orders will not be started or shipped without full payment!

  2. Shipping costs will be added to all orders not delivered from the store.  Cost depends on the weight of items purchased at the time of sale and speed of shipping.

  3. All worn pieces are final sale and NON-REFUNDABLE!  However, in the event that you need a refund on a store item before it is shipped please email us and we will try to accommodate you.

  4. NO REFUNDS on custom orders as they require additional materials for a specific purpose!

  5. If you agree to submit a photo of yourself or purchased items, please note that it will be used on the website’s public gallery.

  6. Katie Kat Jewelry’s staff sees excellent customer service as a top priority and tried to accommodate all customer inquiries, but please be advised we reserve the right to refuse service at any time!

  7. When purchasing a bracelet please pay attention to the options for size, color, or metal color for a better fit. 

  8. All shipping is standard, unless a priority option is selected.
